Helensburgh Lions Club StallHolders Page

We are now in the planning stages to host a Country Fair on Saturday 26 October 2024, however Stall Applications are now CLOSED due to overwhelming response. If you wish to be added to the cancellation list please send an email to events.helensburghlions@gmail.com and you will be notified if a stall site becomes available.

NOTE: In the event you are invited you must read and agree the following before submitting your application. The links to the application, insurance forms upload and stall payment options, are in the links below.

The operating hours will be 9am-3pm.

The cost of stalls selling general merchandise will be $60, food stalls not requiring electricity $100 and food stalls requiring electricity $120. (Cost of stalls for Non Profit Charity & Community Groups is just $20)

The following items must NOT be offered for sale or given away:

Failure to comply with this request will result in loss of payment and a request to vacate the premises immediately.

Each stall site will be allocated an area of approx 3m square. While requests for certain positions will be considered, they are not mandatory.

Please note that you will be required to supply all equipment to operate your stall, including tables and gazebos, which MUST be secured with weights or sandbags.

You are also required to remove ALL RUBBISH from your site upon departure. (Rubbish bins at the park are there for patrons and must not be used by stall holders.)

Please note the allowance made for severe weather conditions on the line in the stall application form.

If a determination is made to cancel the Fair, you will be notified by email and/or text message.

After completion of the application, payment can be made online via our secure Square account, the link is below.

A copy of your current insurance certificate of currency (CofC) is required, as well as a valid current Food Handling Certificate if you are selling Food, both of which must be in the name of the stall holder. These can be submitted at time of application, or up to 7 days before the event, and can be uploaded per the link below.

When sending payment and/or insurance certificates & Food Handling certificates please include your FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER, so that we can easily match your payment to the stallholder application form you have submitted.

Insurance & Food Handling certificates should be in the same name as the stallholders business name.
